How can I improve device performance in Dash Tag?

Toggling on the Power Save Mode, may improve your game experience on some devices.

To do this, select the setting gear icon and toggle the Power Save Mode slider on.

Dash Tag Tips!

Collecting pets in Dash Tag is easy! Once a pet is in range, an emoji will appear over its head. Simply get in the same lane as the pet and tap the emoji to collect!

Is there a way for me to save my pets so that I can play on multiple devices without losing them?

Yes! If you create an account using your email, you will be able to play on several devices and retain your pets, no matter the device you play on.

• Click the Account icon at the top-right of the screen
• Choose the "Create" option.
• Fill out the form with your email and a unique password and tap the "Create" button.

If already have an account, make sure that you are logged in on your current device before playing on another so that you don't lose any progress.

Please note: Creating an account is only available to those who have met the age requirements to do so.

What is Permanent Head Start?

Permanent Head Start is purchasable in the shop. When purchased, Permanent Head Start will start your run at a distance traveled of 25,000. This improves your chances to collect more and rarer pets!

What is Double Coins Forever?

Double Coins Forever is purchasable in the shop. When purchased, Double Coins Forever will multiply your coin total by two at the end of your round.

What is the minimum iOS version supported?

The minimum iOS version supported by Dash Tag is iOS 11.0.

Where do I get chests in Dash Tag?

Chests are found along the route as you run through levels. Collect chests. Need more keys? You can collect more through playing or purchase sets of extra keys through an in-app purchase.

Where can I find Daily Missions?

Daily Missions renew everyday and can be found by clicking the Mission File Icon from the main menu.

How do I see my achievements?

To see your achievements in Dash Tag, simply click on the trophy icon from the main menu to review your achievement progress and status.

How do I upgrade my pets and unlock vehicles, outfits and more?

You can upgrade your pets and unlock vehicles, outfits and more using coins and emeralds in the daycare accessed through the main menu.

You can gain these through playing Dash Tag or by purchasing through in-app purchases.

How do I get more Pets?

You collect pets while running through various levels in Dash Tag.

Collect dozens of unique and rare pets!

When you see a pet you can collect, they will display an emoji above their head when in range. Get in the same lane as the pet, tap the emoji on the screen to tag a pet and collect it!

How do I move in Dash Tag?

You can move throughout the levels by swiping left and right to switch paths.

You can swipe up to jump over obstacles and swipe down to slide under them.

Tap the screen to tag a pet that is in range to collect it!

How do I purchase pet finders, emeralds, keys and more?

Click on the Shop Icon in the top left of the main menu screen to enter the shop.

Pet finders, emeralds, keys, coins and more are all available for purchase through in-app purchases.

I Cannot Download or Update the Game!

Make sure to check that you don't have any restrictions such as Parental control that are blocking your download. You will also want to confirm that you have enough free space on your device!
